Public Announcement
1) Voor iedere handeling genoemd in de Rijkswet op consulaire tarieven van 1 januari 2004, dient een stempelafdruk van het kasregister te worden aangebracht op het uit te reiken stuk dan wel indien geen stuk wordt uitgereikt op het bewijs van kwijting.
1) For every service refered to in the National Act of Consular rates of 1 Januray 2004, a stamp must be printed on the document issued. If no document is issued, a stamp must be printed on the receipt.
2) Zonder stempelafdruk kasregister wordt de handeling niet geacht te zijn verricht door een bevoegde functionaris.
2) The service will not be deemed to have been performed by an official unless a stamp has been affixed.
3) Voor landen vallend onder de visumfacilitatieovereenkomst (Rusland, Oekraïne, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Bosnië, Albanië, Montenegro, Moldavië en Servië) bedragen de kosten EUR 35,00. De kosten voor het aanvragen van een spoedvisum*) bedragen EUR 70,00.
3) For countries falling within the visa facility agreement (Russia, Ukraine, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro, Moldavia and Serbia) the costs are EUR 35,00. Costs for an urgent*) visa application are EUR 70,00.
*) indien aanvrager de aanvraag en de bewijsstukken pas drie dagen voor het geplande vertrek heeft ingediend.
*) if the applicant submits his/her complete visa application only three days before booked departure.
Consulaire tarieven zijn vastgesteld in EURO's en dienen te worden betaald in lokale valuta. Bedragen worden afgerond. CZK 1,- = EUR 0.0389
